The full journey,
start to finish.
Day 1
1.Reach Out
Send a quick note through the contact form, call, or email. Share the basics , your date, venue (or general area), and the kind of ceremony you're picturing. Maureen will reply within 24 hours, usually much sooner, to confirm availability and set up a no-pressure consultation.
30–45 minutes
2.Complimentary Consultation
Meet by video or phone, whichever's easiest, or in person at Maureen's office if you'd prefer to sit down together. This is a chance to get to know each other, talk through your vision, ask every question on your list, and walk through the ceremony options. There's no obligation. Most couples leave feeling lighter and more excited about their day.
After consultation
3.Secure Your Date
Once you're ready to move forward, a signed contract and small retainer lock in your date. You'll get a welcome packet with everything you need to know about the Ontario marriage licence, planning timelines, and what to expect next.
